Karen Felt, Tribal Operations’ Human Resources Manager, received her BA degree from HSU, and after raising her family, put that degree to work in the school library system where she excelled in uniting cooperation from staff, community volunteers, business partners, authors, and students to provide an inclusive and educational experience. Karen transitioned to Human Resources in 2021 when she joined the Trinidad Rancheria team. Karen’s commitment to making Tribal Operations an amazing place to work shines through in her dedication to helping people, her caring disposition and her desire to promote cooperation. With kindness and compassion as her guides, she focuses on creating a positive workplace by building employee morale and encouraging a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
