Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using www.seascape-pier.com (“Website”, “Service”) operated by the Cher-Ae Heights Indian Community of the Trinidad Rancheria (“TR” “us”, “we”, “our”). 6.1. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Cher-Ae Heights Indian Community of the Trinidad Rancheria Tribal Court for any dispute related in any way to your use of this Website or to products you purchase from us.
