Facilities and Maintenance
The Facilities and Maintenance Department is dedicated to ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of all tribal buildings, facilities, and infrastructure. Responsible for maintenance, repairs, and some janitorial services, the department is responsible to the Tribal Government Office Complex, The Heights Casino, Seascape Harbor Businesses, and Trillium Rental Property. From building maintenance and landscaping to road repairs and facility management, our team works diligently to provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for tribal members, residents, employees, and visitors.
Through proactive care and responsive service, the Facilities and Maintenance Department supports the operational needs of the tribal community while preserving the integrity and longevity of its assets.
Water Treatment Facilities
Operation and upkeep of the Tribe’s two state-of-the-art water treatment facilities, located near The Heights Casino and at the Seascape Harbor Businesses.
