The Trinidad Rancheria recognizes safe and suitable housing as a basic human right. The Trinidad Rancheria Housing Department strives to provide a full range of affordable housing opportunities to support a healthy community, promote self-sufficiency and ensure safe, suitable and sustainable housing for our Tribal Membership. The Housing Department continues to seek chances to expand services through land purchase, housing and infrastructure development, tenant, homebuyer and homeowner education and the creation and expansion of related ordinances.

Tribal Housing Rehabilitation
Improving housing conditions through repairs, renovations, or replacements to qualifying income-eligible home owners.

HHAP Rental Assistance
Providing housing support to Tribal members experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness in order to increase stability, reduce the risk of harm and increase overall self-sufficiency and wellness.
