Administration

The principal functions of the Administrative Department are to 1) Provide Administrative and Technical Assistance and Support to the Tribal Council,  2) Oversee and Coordinate departmental operations within the Trinidad Rancheria and Enterprises, 3) Assist the Tribal Council with fulfillment of their goals and objectives, and 4) Assist the Tribal Council in reaching Tribal Self Governance. 

Administration will assist and support the Tribal Council with their Overall Goals and Accomplishments as follows Uphold the Trinidad Rancheria Constitution, Increase and Promote Self Governance, Financial Stewardship, Tribal Government Development, Strengthen Organizational Systems, Master Planning, Economic Development, Consistent Employment and Hiring Practices, Development of Tribal Operations Departments and Programs, and Continued Operation of a Tribal Court Justice System.

Tribal Administration is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Tribal Office Complex, oversight of all Trinidad Rancheria Departments and Programs, as well as outreach and assistance to tribal members. Over the past few years the offices have expanded to include several programs and departments aimed at elevating the status of the Trinidad Rancheria’s members. 

Hours of Operation: Monday—Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with varied holiday hours.

Master Planning

Trinidad Rancheria Master Planning serves as a strategic framework to guide the Tribe's long-term growth, development, and cultural preservation. Rooted in the principles of sovereignty, sustainability, and community engagement, the Tribe’s Master Planning efforts aim to align tribal goals with economic, environmental, and social priorities. By integrating traditional knowledge with modern planning practices, this program empowers the tribe to address current challenges while fostering resilience for future generations. Whether focused on land use, housing, infrastructure, natural resource management, or cultural revitalization, Master Planning efforts reflect the collective vision of the Trinidad Rancheria Community and honors its commitment to self-determination and holistic well-being
