Noah Rodriguez, Transportation and Land Use Manager, has a vast background in planning across various private and county agencies in California. An alumnus of Humboldt State University, Noah brings a passion for sustainable transportation and land use development to his role at Trinidad Rancheria. His dedication to the Tribe and department’s vision for a safe, equitable, and sustainable transportation and land use system that respects and integrates cultural beliefs and traditions into the Rancheria's future progress and development. He actively engages in numerous committees and partnerships benefiting Tribes along the North Coast. His love for the ocean, rivers, trails, and surrounding redwoods fuels his dedication to preserving the environment while advancing the Tribes interests. Noah cherishes the interconnectedness of transportation, land use, and the environment. He is invested in helping preserve Tribal history and advancing projects and initiatives that propel the indigenous community forward. A proud member of the Trinidad Rancheria staff, Noah values honoring Tribal sovereignty and fostering strong relationships with the surrounding community, city, county, and governmental entities.
