Samuel Kuckens

Public Safety Officer

Samuel Kuckens, Public Safety Officer, grew up in San Jose California before moving to attend Humboldt State University in 2015. Sam graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration, and has since held a variety of public service positions including EMT for City Ambulance of Eureka, Park Ranger for The National Park Service, California State Parks, Humboldt County Parks, Line Service for Cal-Ore Life Flight, Campus Safety Officer for College of the Redwoods, and most recently Firefighter for Cal Fire. With his wealth of experience in these different fields, and an eagerness to be of service, Samuel looks forward to building the Public Safety Department and evolving it for the betterment of Trinidad Rancheria tribal Members and Staff.
