Tribal Court
The Tribal Court is an expression of tribal sovereignty - a forum applying laws. Recognizing the customs and traditions of the Tribe, the Tribal Court is a forum for disputes under laws of the Tribe, with trial court and appellate court closer to western style courts, and peacemaking using dispute resolution techniques traditional to the Rancheria.
